on 4/4/15I track their packages at USPS.com as the tracking site they suggest doesn't seem to work very well.
The package sits in China for a bit after they send me the shipment confirmation email. USPS.com always shows: "Origin post is preparing shipment". I assume this means the package is sitting at customs. When I mail stuff to China for work, and I don't use something like FedEx or DHL, it takes forever and sits at customs for quite some time before they pass it through. I'm thinking this may be the same situation.
I've never had anything from Rosewe take a month and a half though. Longest ship time I experienced was one month.
Ask for refund! Chances are you won't get what you ordered. Dispute the transaction with PayPal or your credit card company.
If you at under 45 days from start of order, contact PayPal immediately and start a complaint. PayPal will not help if after 45 days. Like Sonji said above, even if you do receive a package, you will not be happy with it. As long as you have already started a PayPal complaint, they may be able to help you. Good Luck!
They are not a top notch above board company. They make cheap clothes in China and have not scruples, because they are so far away, there is no recourse (unless you use PayPal). Their customer service does not exist. I sent at least 7 emails to them and got a computer generated response each time. Finally, after I wrote a bad review online, they suddenly sent an email saying that even though I returned my clothes within the right timeframe, they are only going to give me 60% of my purchase price back. I still haven't gotten it! Follow thru with PayPal because you will get nowhere with them.
If you have tried to contact them and haven't gotten an answer I would file a dispute with PayPal and they will get you your money back. Even if you do receive your package, the clothing is horrible. Made very poorly and with cheap feeling fabric.
