Where does Rosewe ship from? I am interested in buying a skirt from there for Christmas but I only purchase items that are in the country, not places like china or asia because of shipping complications. So where does Rosewe ship from? And how long do you think it would take? It's a faux A-line skirt and I currently reside in Texas..
