Don't order from here. The chart size's are not U.S. sizes and the items are out of China. While China may have nice products those operating outside of Ebay or Amazon are not held to a standard or this place would have been shut down. I would suggest two things. 1 would be to read LJ H.'s review. She will explain the details of these websites because there are more than 1, another would be GearBest.com. If you like the dress, see that you can find on Ebay then go to their store, You will see many products from China but they are held to a Standard and desperate for positive feedback or Ebay will close their shop. You also have a guarantee not to lose money because Ebay will guarantee it. Try typing in the description of the dress and see what Ebay brings up. This website is also funded by the Government, I also checked out a website for my Daughter called something like SimpleAddiction.com. She like a couple dresses or tops. I found it listed in the BBB not to do business with them. I am so glad you did not order. The postings I do see that give 5 stars, I believe it is possible to post positive feedback without being a buyer. There is someone on this site who actually had good luck but she is a small person and she has never tried to return anything which is actually what most of us are hung up on. Rosegal tells you not to return it to what will be a partial return address when you receive your item. That address actually belongs to a software company in the U.S. and Rosegal never would give me a return address. I put 4 tickets in just to try and resolve it. The under wire of a swimsuit was so far out they had to have seen it when packaging and of course using the size chart did not match up with the size needed. I think they make the majority of their money because people give up. Lesson learned. Hope this helped.

The same thing happened to me. As a matter of fact, I just received mine after waiting for four months. I hope you didn't spend a ton of money. The packaging was awful, and the material is VERY VERY cheap. NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN.

YES, open up a dispute ASAP! You only have within 90 days to get everything back! DO NOT BUY the insurance scam that they can't give you everything back. I got 100% of my money back because I told them I was going to escalate. Set a date to get 100% of your money then ESCALATE if they don't!

I contacted PayPal and they said that it had been too long. Did you mail the package or not? I don't mind waiting, but let me know what is going on. I would be a good customer if you were to treat your customers right. If you're not going to send the shirts, YOU need to refund my money.

It is quite likely, that after this amount of time, that you won't receive anything. Contact your bank or PayPal to open a dispute. Good luck!

Don't do it! I now won't order from any of these sites who ship from china based on my experience with this company. It was AWFUL!
