Don't order from here. The chart size's are not U.S. sizes and the items are out of China. While China may have nice products those operating outside of Ebay or Amazon are not held to a standard or this place would have been shut down. I would suggest two things. 1 would be to read LJ H.'s review. She will explain the details of these websites because there are more than 1, another would be GearBest.com. If you like the dress, see that you can find on Ebay then go to their store, You will see many products from China but they are held to a Standard and desperate for positive feedback or Ebay will close their shop. You also have a guarantee not to lose money because Ebay will guarantee it. Try typing in the description of the dress and see what Ebay brings up. This website is also funded by the Government, I also checked out a website for my Daughter called something like SimpleAddiction.com. She like a couple dresses or tops. I found it listed in the BBB not to do business with them. I am so glad you did not order. The postings I do see that give 5 stars, I believe it is possible to post positive feedback without being a buyer. There is someone on this site who actually had good luck but she is a small person and she has never tried to return anything which is actually what most of us are hung up on. Rosegal tells you not to return it to what will be a partial return address when you receive your item. That address actually belongs to a software company in the U.S. and Rosegal never would give me a return address. I put 4 tickets in just to try and resolve it. The under wire of a swimsuit was so far out they had to have seen it when packaging and of course using the size chart did not match up with the size needed. I think they make the majority of their money because people give up. Lesson learned. Hope this helped.

The same thing happened to me. As a matter of fact, I just received mine after waiting for four months. I hope you didn't spend a ton of money. The packaging was awful, and the material is VERY VERY cheap. NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN.

YES, open up a dispute ASAP! You only have within 90 days to get everything back! DO NOT BUY the insurance scam that they can't give you everything back. I got 100% of my money back because I told them I was going to escalate. Set a date to get 100% of your money then ESCALATE if they don't!

I contacted PayPal and they said that it had been too long. Did you mail the package or not? I don't mind waiting, but let me know what is going on. I would be a good customer if you were to treat your customers right. If you're not going to send the shirts, YOU need to refund my money.

It is quite likely, that after this amount of time, that you won't receive anything. Contact your bank or PayPal to open a dispute. Good luck!

Good luck with that. They don't actually ship the first time you order. You have to complain that you never recieved your order so they can then tell you it's your fault for not paying additional for tracking and then charge you for a second order. It's a scam site.

I cannot imagine how this company is still in business. They advertise really cute clothes, etc. but they run small, take months to get to you if you ever get it. I wrote to them multiple times and one of their communications to me was "you must understand our weather conditions and national holidays". No I didn't understand. I just wanted what I ordered, in the size I ordered and in a reasonable delivery time. Is this a scam? IDK but they are a terrible business located in China. I would NEVER order from them again. Too bad I didn't read reviews of them before I ordered from a FB ad. I don't trust any advertisers on FB anymore. Good luck!

They are thieves. I had ordered several things. Many of these didnt't arrived and everything else was absolutely different from the photo. I haven't been a reimburse. It's a swindle..

Yep they are scammers under several names

The quality of clothing was poor; The merchandise ordered was totally wrong they actually sent something similar trying to pass it off; To ship it back cost more than to get it here; Finally they did give me a percentage of what I paid for the merchandise re-imbursed to my bank account after becoming more agressive.

I agree with poor quality 100%. Their fabric is cheap. Strings hanging off everywhere as if they just sewed them... which I am pretty sure they did. If you order a size "Large" and you usually wear a 10/12 then do not buy it because their "Large" is not a true Large! It is a small! So, I am just out the $$$ because I will never be able to wear the product. I don't dare ship it back to them because I will never see my refund. I ordered my items on 7/22/15. The postmark on my package said 08/18/15 which tells me that they didn't ship it until I made a complaint on this website. Even then, I didn't receive it until 09/04/15. They sent me an email and said that they already refunded my credit card and that if I would come back on this website and post a positive review that they would send me a free gift! HA! HA! HA!... that has been over a week ago and I still don't have a refund, plus... instead of asking for me to say something nice, maybe they should really take to heart all of these NEGATIVE comments on this website and do right by their customers and just be freaking HONEST and handle their business in a timely manner and stop lying to us!

I ordered a skirt that looked so cute in the ad. It took a month to get it. Talk about a disappointment it is poor quality and sized more for a child then a adult i' m sure it would cost more to ship it back then to learn a lesson. You get what you pay for. It's a terrible scam company/ I did get a full refund of my money-but I had to threaten them with going to the FBI, BBB, and any or other avenue to report them as a international FRAUD company. Do not buy from them!

After my bad experience with them, I would suggest just staying away from them to save yourself a lot of trouble and headache, unless you're extremely patient waiting forever for items not even available, and deal with rude customer service reps...

They don't let you return so I have 2 vests that my family laughed at on Christmas morning because they are SOOOOOOO small!

The Extremely POOR service to get the dress to me, I would think the return or refund will be a total joke. The dress that I ordered was only 12.00 and it's POOR material and looks cheap, I'm keeping it just so I don't have to deal with them ever again! I'm going to use it for yard work. LOL

They are just a bunch of scammers! Stay away from them! The jacket I ordered was two sizes to small. It was missing the button holes and was sewn so that I couldn't even put the jacket on. I was told I would get a portion of the money I paid back and that I could keep the jacket which was absolutely worthless. It's been over 8 months and I never received a cent! This is a Chinese company and they should be banned from selling anything in this U.S.A.!

Rosegal is owned by a Chinese conglomerate called Yigou International. Look them up on supplierblacklist dot com and you will see they are trouble. I would report them to econsumer dot com.

Hi. Did you call them during THEIR business hours as they request on their site? They won't be answering if you call during U.S. business hours.
You mention they don't respond when you write. Is this other than the responces you have shared with us in your question?
Your cut and paste doesn't show any dates. Could you share them in your question? Remember an order from China can take 4-6 weeks from the date Rosegal ships it. Once they ship it, it is out of their hands. Do you have the shipped date?
Hope this helps and I hope you receive your order. I have ordered a few times from Rosegal and very happy -- and I order from different sites in China including through Ebay. I never order anything from China if I am in a rush. The trade off is the price.

I cant rate the quality of their clothing since I never received my order I’m starting to wonder if they even have merchandise or are just big scam it appears the only people that talk highly of them were paid $100 each to do so and never placed orders. As stated in the return policy, swimwear cannot be returned (or exchanged) for any reason. Sorry. Find someone you can give them to or just donate them. Next time you think about ordering from RoseGal (and I fully understand the allure), just use your money to start a fire.

I wouldn't recommend ordering anything at all from Rosegal unless you're super tiny and don't care if the quality is total $#*!. You may as well just go to the mall and spend your money on clothes you actually have tried on and know for sure that when they say something's Large or Medium it's not actually XS. Overall bad experience with this scam of a company so I wouldn't recommend it at all.

I wouldn't waste my time even looking. Ordered Dec. 4th and still haven't received it.(July 5th) They did finally agree to refund my money but still waiting on that too!

I just yesterday received the last item from an order I placed in March. Apparently this company ships each item as it becomes available and I received a total of five packages before I finally got them all. I think you will eventually get your order it just may take longer than you like. Also, to be fair to them, one item was not available and they did contact me and give me a refund. I'm surprised you received any of your order. Don't count on receiving your bathing suit or your money back unless you used PayPal. If so, they will get a refund on your behalf.

I live in PR and usually takes one month or a little bit more to get here. But if you put the right address be assure that you will receive it sooner or later.

Lol, you've only waited a month. You still have a couple more till you actually receive your packages. I was on their butt every second I could because I got sick of waiting. Literally waited 3 months for my packages.

It is a business, how legal not sure. My order was wrong, sizes wrong, didn't look like what it did online and I never was able to get my money back.

They aren't a scam but the shipping is incredibly slow. My first item took over a month to arrive from the date of the order. I am still waiting on a second item that I ordered the first week of May. If you email their customer service they usually get back to you within 48 hours. They can tell you the status of your order.

I don't think it is a scam. I needed to cancel my order and I received my money back with no problem at all. The customer service rep was very nice. I did not have a bad experience and would say it is not a scam. However, after reading the negative reviews I would not buy something if you are in a hurry to receive it, Seems like you will get the item, but it takes a long time. I have never actually bought anything because I cancelled due to time constraints. I would be willing buy from them if there is no rush. Hope this helps.
