No refunds. They state the sizing chart is posted and it is the buyers responsibility to order correctly. You pay to ship it back, get a partial refund, and then order another.

NO! They'll ask you to first take pictures of the items in question why I have no idea... then they'll tell you, you can send them back, you pay shipping and you get partial refund but you'll have to pay full price to order new ones and have them shipped. DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I haven't sent anything back but had huge problem with a refund for express posting which they didn't do they said they would refund but haven't after lots of fruitless correspondence you may find it is more trouble than it's worth to return them unfortunately.

Within a few days of realizing that this company was shady I called my bank to dispute the purchase. They did immediately and went to Rosegal to collect, of which they did. I recommend you do the same as their return policies are a joke!

Hey Laura F. Sorry to hear you are disappointed with rosegal just like so many other women. Best to chalk this to experience and try and sell them on kijjii as one other woman said. Rosegal has very poor customer service and handle everything very unprofessional. I have not received my refund and believe they are a money making scheme. BUYERS BEWARE! Rosegal needs to be shut down permanently!

I am trying to get a refund and they are not responding so I'd just try and sell the bikinis on kijiji or something for cheap.

They will ask you to take a picture with a measuring tape and if their measurements are inaccurate they will offer you full credit, or a partial refund. But only if their sizes are proven to not be true to their size chart. Other than that they do not accept refunds. This is what they told me, and did offer me a store credit because of the dress that I ordered that measured way smaller than they advertised. Yet I am still waiting for an email to tell me where to send it to...

Could not send the item back and did not get a refund. I will never order clothing from them again.
