As it’s the first and large order on our website, according to our company policy, and in order to protect the benefits of both seller and buyer, we'd like to confirm the payment information first.
Usually, to guarantee seller and buyer benefit, our financial department need to confirm the real some necessary identification.

Don't give them your info. Personally this has never happened to me (I usually use paypal), so you may want to contact client services to see what's up with that, but don't give them this information.

NO, DO NOT give them any information like they ask for! Turn them in to a Better Business Bureau! Tell them you are asking your lawyer about their question!

Hi,

I did not have a good experience with this company, and it seems like many people haven't either. Thankfully since I went through PayPal, I was able to get my money back. No company has ever asked for any of this personal information, this should raise a red flag. Do not give your information.

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR INFO! BTW. What ever you bought, you won't see for months and if you do finally get the items you purchased they will be so cheaply made that one wash will destroy them anyway. This company is despicable! Who knows how many people have been scammed and ripped off by these evil people! Good luck!

Do not do it. Dispute it with pay pal or your CC you paid with. They lie and make up excuses.

Doesn't sound legit, contact PayPal and credit card co. You have with pay pal. There is a lot of compromised credit cards lately, that is reason they use the are all going to the chips now. I myself have been compromised a couple times, different cards over a couple of months.

With that being said it maybe a blessing in disguise, you can cancel with rosegal and wont have to deal with their "crap"

Follow what the others have said, don't give them this information. This company is a freaking joke; materials used for the dress I finally received was like a cheap Halloween costume. We need to blast them on social media so others stop getting taken like we were.

But again, NO don't divulge your info to these scammers!

DO NOT give them any information! They are a big scam! Stay away from this so called company! I agree with the other posters: They are not reliable and are big fat liars. DO NOT buy anything from them! Save yourself troubles. I sent them my email requesting for some info and I never got a response so this already tells me that they are a FRAUD!

The company, as far as I'm concerned, is a sham. I received my order without providing any of those documrnts. It's absurd in my opinion. The clothing is also kind of crappy and not true to size.

Hello Rahul M. - Please DO NOT GIVE them the information they are asking for as everyone else said. Absolutely no reason for them to ask for this and it just proves that they can't be trusted. Any legitimate company would not ask for these. Best to stay away from them.

This company is definitely not legit. I have never received my order nor a refund. The fact that they are asking to see these documents proves what a scam they are.

They shouldn't ask for that much information. All I know, this company can go kill themselves. They steal your money and NEVER refund you for any piece of garbage they sell. I would shop at marshals or Burlington if you want less expensive but amazing quality clothes!

I have never been asked that question ever (except by paypal once, when I unblocked my account, I sent them a photo of my passport). I agree with everyone here, do not give it to them. Answer and say and that no online company ever asked you that before, and that you know many people who ordered from rosegal who never had to do that, so why should you. They are a strange company, and apparently a lot of people had issues with them.

Are you kidding me. Any company that asks all those things is got to be scamming. I am sure they drop ship but the latest email from my emails is they want to give me 50% of the product that was supposed to be shipped back. They say they ship from South East China. They ship thru DHL and say the package was destroyed because I would not accept the shipment. I am sending an email to DHL are they kidding me that DHL destroys the product instead of shipping it back. REALLY!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! It's only a matter of time before they disappear - well, I hope so anyway, and you won't get your order, and if you do, it will be rubbish. Please don't put your personal info online, and do NOT order anything from this company. They give other online companies a VERY bad name.

I agree! They take your money and don't send the product. I ordered in late August and still have not received my item. Do not trust these people. I even cancelled my credit card to prevent it from being compromised. I would advise that NO one ever order from this sham of a company.

Never Never give the this information it seems that someone else is backing onto the legitimate Co Rosegal and using the info as a scam. Rosegal I do not think would ask for this information. I have dealt with Rrosegal and although it takes a long time to get the goods I have been very happy with everything and I was never asked to provide any type of info like this. I paid with a credit card not using paypal and everything was fine.

I have gone to Paypal to get a refund and Rosegal never asked me for that info but what they did was to tell me they'd give me a refund but that I have to close my case w/ Paypal first or no refund. Thy know if I close my case I can't re-open it and would no longer have Paypal coverage so they're trying to screw me. Go to Paypal and let them handle it, Rosegal is a BAD company.

No, absolutely do not give them any of your information.
It is not worth it no matter what and how much you got. The clothes are very cheap material and if you don't like things and want to return them it is so hard that you might as well just throw them away.

I have placed numerous orders and am a happy customer. I have about 30 items of clothing from them. I pay by Paypal and have never had my Paypal account questioned. This company is not a hoax or scam Or I would
Have an empty closet and not an overflowing one.
I would like to respond to the angry responces to your question. These customers would be well served to go to the very detailed information Rosegal provide regarding all of their gripes. Sizing, split deliveries and much more. Look on the bottom left of the first page Help and Info. About Us. There is a great deal of details but worth a read to be able to set your expectations properly.
