Answer:
As I've written before: My clothes were so bad I had to return them but they wanted each item in its original bag with the correct chinese ticket; a code emailed to them for each item; a photograph emailed to them and the return address was some random PO Box in europe that no-one would deliver to. Needless to say, I couldn't get a refund.
