The sweater I ordered looks nothing like the picture and did not match the description

No, the items ordered were over 3 weeks late with delivery. On top of that, they were all the wrong items (all 3). When I tried to return, they required me to pay the refund shipping and handling. Waste of time and money, I would never buy from them again. Very dissapointed. *thumbs down*

Everything from there is shitty quality, i ordered 100 dollars worth of cloths from there and had to throw it out bc they wouldn't refund me, and there was no way that i would every wear the shit they they sent to me

The company is not reliable in terms of item description, item delivery and tracking. However, the company is reliable when it comes to customer service. Their customer service usually gets back to you within 24 hours, which is fantastic because I have made enough complaints about their product to know how their customer service functions. Please do not be fooled by the advertised clothes, 8/10 times they do not match the picture once delivered. Save yourself the headache!

NO! Romwe is NOT reliable! They are thieves.

Forget it, bought a hand bag and not less than 1 week, it is broken already, the clothes look different and looks cheap

They ship from China so it's takes longer but we got everything we ordered.
