I cannot answer for others but my one and only experience with Romwe was not good and I will not order from them again. I do want to add that after posting my review on this site, Romwe contacted me via email asking me to change my review to a positive one. I did see a reason why I should and thought it was strange that I was asked to do so. This made me even put off by it. That is my thought. I hope this helps!

Romwe is sending me requests to remove my negative review in order to get a higher rating.
I still don't feel good about this kind of companies and I wonder why they have an existence.

Bogus positive reviews are posted by Romwe as a desperate attempt to cover up for all the negative reviews & scam people into placing orders. Eventually Romwe will be exposed. But unfortunately they will change their name & start all over again scamming people out of their hard earned money. Beware of other sites that sell similar products. They just might be operated by Romwe as well.

They most definitely are fake because I've noticed that the stars have been going up for this company's reviews because they know they have been getting really horrible reviews so they are doing anything in their power to keep their stars high and trick people into buying from them. They had the audacity to write me and tell me to change my review and give them five stars. They never solved my problem and werent even courteous to me. But they definitely found the time to write me and demand that I give them five stars they are full of crap

I absolutely agree that the positive reviews are 100% fake. They have emailed me requesting that I change my review to a more positive one and change my star rating to a higher rating as well. They have made these requests without resolving my issue or making any attempt to do so. I firmly believe that this company is a scam. They are incredibly dishonest, have horrible customer service, and the products are garbage. The post above sent from Miao M from Romwe is the exact same email that I received word for word. They don't care about their customers, they just send the same BS email to everyone!

I think they are fake too tbh. This company is obviously suffering so they are trying to keep customers/ lure customers in the only way they can - by lying.
