why do you have reports that you are a scam company? I havea reservation for the 16/0518 - 23/05/18 at agua azul benidorm but now have doubts

Not only you are a SCAM, but you insult people on you responds,
How can you charge a Senior $519.00 for a reservation, and then you can't cancel the reservation, you policy says I can cancel my reservation before June 17, I made the reservation June 18.
You are a SCAM...
