Has anyone had any resolution with this company? They have been unresponsive regarding my requests for a refund on a canceled reservation.
Will I get my money back from a room they did not book?

Massive Fraud Company:

Dispute the charges directly with your Credit Card Company and Do NOT Back Down!

If you go all the way down to the bottom of their site, and open their Terms and Conditions, you'll find the information about the charge. But they don't tell you this when you book with them, it's just a nasty surprise on your credit card.
