Here’s what consumers have asked with answers from PrinterPix staff and previous consumers.
I just used live chat and had the same experience with the first person who came on. I ended the chat and then saw a message that just came up saying she was working with multiple customers. I tried again and got a different person who helped right away.
The finished product has been worth some of my hassles - like trying to get answers to questions. I use the groupon coupons as well.
Good luck if you do get thru you will be on hold for hours until they hang up on you.
I had same problem. Use chrome and try doing it late at night when there is less traffic. Worst company ever!

Right now we are running a sale. So at the checkout page, there should be a promo code already in there. To use the Groupon promotional code, you have to take the existing one out.
The Groupon should be applied during the checkout process. It's going to be under the "Promotional Code" field. If you don't meet the requirements of the specific Groupon you purchased, it may not be working correctly.
