I just used live chat and had the same experience with the first person who came on. I ended the chat and then saw a message that just came up saying she was working with multiple customers. I tried again and got a different person who helped right away.

No, live chat is simply a delaying tactic. I've"chatted" with the same guy, Dominic, twice and he hasn't solved the problem.
