It can take 3 weeks. I ordered 2 on 9/17 and recieved them 5 days ago

NOPE I was promised I would receive an order placed on 12-2 by Jan 9th, then by Jan 25th, then Jan 30th. Now being told on same day different rep should rec in Feb sometime.
