I worried about this but when I saw that they had been delivered to a PO Box, I contacted support via the app & I think I used problem with delivery' or something as the topic. I basically asked how long I'd have to wait to be refunded given that the seller was using a PO Box. They released my funds within 12 hours. If you're not using their contact supply form &/or are relying on regular email, try that. It's worked for me on multiple issues. Just be sure to select the right one. Good luck!
