SiteJabber is just one of those sites where angry people come to vent about various companies so reviews are always bad here. That's just the nature of this site. Some of the reviews are even from the same people posting over and over. Check the FB page for mixed reviews by real people.

Tiffany, this isn't true. I only found this site because of the nightmare that your company have caused. A few days ago you told me you were the only person in customer service and that your production team is in India. My order was to be shipped and I had asked for a tracking number. I have left several messages and still no word from you. I came across this site because I wanted to know if others are having the same situation. I didn't search for this site to give you a bad review. But lets be real.

Angry people come to tell the truth while crooked business owners try to defend themselves and the company. My advice to you ms tiffany k. Stop spending time responding to neg. Reviews and invest that time in improving your company or whomever company. Because its starting to seem like a 1 person trying to run this. Hire more people if thats the case. Because there is no way i called 2 days and can't get through. You t seem to be the only one replying to reviews. Are you the only answering phones and shipping hair. The people want to know..

Honestly the quality seemed ok- now I am a novice at this (first time ever purchasing) so I would not be the best benchmark. Just not what I wanted, not as per the picture, and customer service was disgusting. If you're willing to gamble go for it... it was a $300 gamble for me that I lost.
