Tiffany - where is the tracking number for order 21904? i want you to know that i have filed a complaint with the bbb for a full refund. you cannot possibly expect to take $330.00 from someone and not provide any services or products.

Answer:

I cant post the tracking number on this site but your wig was shipped yesterday as promised. You should have already received the wig by now as it was expedited shipping.

Tiffany, i have placed many orders with you... where is the wig i ordered july 15,2016 (order # 21867) that i paid extra $40 for quick delivery... today is sept 1,2016 seven (7) weeks after ordering. you promised the wig would arrive in less than two weeks. i have call you many, many, many, many times. every time i call, i am put on hold for 30 minutes, only to be told to leave a message.
