This company is a fraud I order so many times from them no issues i order the chevelle wig last year never got my lace front or my money back
Where the HELL is my wig I ordered on Oct 1. I was promised delivery in 5 weeks.I spoke (chat) with Taylor who promised to have my wig in time for my wedding next Fri (11/18) You guys are so heartless. I have pour my soul to you, you lied to me. First and last time. I WANT MY WIG I paid $430 for weeks ago!!!!
Tiffany - Where is the tracking number for order 21904? I want you to know that I have filed a complaint with the BBB for a full refund. You cannot possibly expect to take $330.00 from someone and not provide any services or products.
Tiffany, where is the wig I ordered (#21867) July 15,2016... that's 2 months ago. Have I been scammed? I paid an extra $40 for quick delivery. No, I did not get Your message Tiffany... I hope that means I will be receiving the wig I ordered soon... is that right? I also hope and pray your company does not "rip off" all the ppl who have written bad reviews, bc I have been dealing with you guys for a long time without any problems. I know you are a Black owned business and your customers are probably Black. Let's not stereotype Black businesses as being cooked!, plz!
Tiffany, I have placed many orders with you... where is the wig I ordered July 15,2016 (order # 21867) that I paid extra $40 for quick delivery... today is Sept 1,2016 Seven (7) weeks after ordering. You promised the wig would arrive in less than two weeks. I have call you many, many, many, many times. Every time I call, I am put on hold for 30 minutes, only to be told to leave a message.
Does anyone have anything good to say about this company? Are there any good reviews? I really want to purchase a wig.
