Tiffany, I have placed many orders with you... where is the wig I ordered July 15,2016 (order # 21867) that I paid extra $40 for quick delivery... today is Sept 1,2016 Seven (7) weeks after ordering. You promised the wig would arrive in less than two weeks. I have call you many, many, many, many times. Every time I call, I am put on hold for 30 minutes, only to be told to leave a message.

I am so sorry. Our office had been closed due to the flooding of the hurricane last week. I didemail you about that custom order did you get my message?
