I have used their vouchers with no problem IF I use them for the product that was specified... Also, they will not allow you to combine the voucher with a 'coupon', so the voucher is applied to their full-priced product. You have to do the math before purchase as the vouchers are not always the good deal they appear to be. Now that I've learned this the hard way, I usually have a photobook ready to go before buying any of their vouchers. Though given the chronic quality issues I have had with them, once I finish using my vouchers, I will use a different vendor.

The pictures you upload should appear at the bottom of the window. If you are not seeing that then perhaps you did not actually upload the pictures. If you are certain you did, then I would suggest calling Picaboo or using their chat help line. It has worked for me.

As the previous answer indicates, you can make the image POP by using the multiple, easy to use editing tools. Also, be sure to PREVIEW before ordering. The preview gives you an exact likeness of what you will receive.
