Do you keep a didual copy of the books if so I would like to order a book that was made, not sure of the date but it was around 2015 or later.Why when I go into MY COMPUTER to chose photos from the file on my computer, the file doesn't show ALL the pictures it's suppose to have in that file?I cant seem to get the "send a digital copy" to work from the order page. It get a confirmation that the email was sent, but a day later nothing???I purchased a voucher from Picabo for $100 towards a photobook. I have made the photobook ($117) that is a gift, and when I tried to apply the voucher at checkout t would not accept it. The voucher does not expire for another week and I have had no response from customer service at Picaboo on how to rectify this despite several attempts. I will now not have the book ordered in time to give to my daughter as a gift as intended! I never would have purchased the voucher if I had read some of the reviews/complaints on this very concern. I feel as though Picabo has taken my money and I am getting nothing in return! Do they really expect that I am going to order the book anyway and not use the purchased voucher so that it expires????? So very upsetting! I am up for any suggestions.....
