I purchased a voucher from Picabo for $100 towards a photobook. I have made the photobook ($117) that is a gift, and when I tried to apply the voucher at checkout t would not accept it. The voucher does not expire for another week and I have had no response from customer service at Picaboo on how to rectify this despite several attempts. I will now not have the book ordered in time to give to my daughter as a gift as intended! I never would have purchased the voucher if I had read some of the reviews/complaints on this very concern. I feel as though Picabo has taken my money and I am getting nothing in return! Do they really expect that I am going to order the book anyway and not use the purchased voucher so that it expires????? So very upsetting! I am up for any suggestions.....

I have used their vouchers with no problem IF I use them for the product that was specified... Also, they will not allow you to combine the voucher with a 'coupon', so the voucher is applied to their full-priced product. You have to do the math before purchase as the vouchers are not always the good deal they appear to be. Now that I've learned this the hard way, I usually have a photobook ready to go before buying any of their vouchers. Though given the chronic quality issues I have had with them, once I finish using my vouchers, I will use a different vendor.
