Why when I go into MY COMPUTER to chose photos from the file on my computer, the file doesn't show ALL the pictures it's suppose to have in that file?

I purchased a voucher from Picabo for $100 towards a photobook. I have made the photobook ($117) that is a gift, and when I tried to apply the voucher at checkout t would not accept it. I feel as though Picabo has taken my money and I am getting nothing in return! Do they really expect that I am going to order the book anyway and not use the purchased voucher so that it expires????? So very upsetting! I am up for any suggestions.....

The pictures you upload should appear at the bottom of the window. If you are not seeing that then perhaps you did not actually upload the pictures. If you are certain you did, then I would suggest calling Picaboo or using their chat help line. It has worked for me.
