You cannot thats how they have made it. You cant see reviews. Dont get fooled by the cashback. You will suffer more than you gain from paytm
Its true, it happened with me too, its good to keep irritating them again again, send the mail to following id's To: grievanceofficer@paytm.com Cc: servicehead@paytm.com Bcc: care@paytm.com Make as much evidence as possible, record their call. Ask them everyday to solve the issue and mention them that you need either product or you need refund in addition to compensation, ask them to call, they will call you, only thing is we have to babysit them everyday and keep reminding them about the issue, then only they gave you solution, the worst part is whole these process takes 3-4 weeks time, next time better not to order any products from paytm.
Ask them to send their personals to collect the package back to them and mention them when those persons will come, they must carry the proof of delivery they are claiming. I am sure they are not able to do so, since they did not delivered any product. Later on you can ask for refund and ask for compensation for the mistake they made.
