Bcc: care@paytm.com
Make as much evidence as possible, record their call.
Ask them everyday to solve the issue and mention them that you need either product or you need refund in addition to compensation, ask them to call, they will call you, only thing is we have to babysit them everyday and keep reminding them about the issue, then only they gave you solution, the worst part is whole these process takes 3-4 weeks time, next time better not to order any products from paytm.
