I ordered... Status shows invoice & to be packed since 9 days... these people are cheating customers in online shopping... Zero Rating..

Ask them to send their personals to collect the package back to them and mention them when those persons will come, they must carry the proof of delivery they are claiming. I am sure they are not able to do so, since they did not delivered any product. Later on you can ask for refund and ask for compensation for the mistake they made.
