Joel, I have received no response from Oliver@paw.com. Can you please help me with my dog bed exchange? I have been trying since Dec. 2.

My order is 44930. The automated return portal says both return the items and don't return items. No return label provided, no money back.
When will I receive my refund on order 44930. Customer service ignores me, comments are deleted. I want my $400 back.
