Do you have to live in the usa to sell on opensky

When can i expect to have my purchases delivered?

Custom items may take a bit longer, but should be delivered within 15 business days. I'm have not received an order i placed 12/09/2015. i have written 2 emails to opensky and started a search with the usps. the only customer service phone number i can find is not a true csphone number, only "special offers". why won't someone get back in touch with me?

I have emailed your company 5 times regarding an item i ordered for christmas that is defective. while i continue to get junk email ads from you every single day... no one can seem to reply to my problem. why is this? being overwhelmed with christmas orders is no excuse. taking care of your customer should be a priority. i'm not likely to do business again if i can't get this issue resolved
