I ordered a bracelet on 12/6/15. It shipped on 12/8/15. It has been sitting in Texas for 7 days, and I'm unable to get an update from USPS. What can you tell me?

You can also send us an email from https://www.opensky.com/content/contact-us if you prefer. We will have to look into the status of your shipment specifically, and may need to get in touch with the merchant for an update.
