Depends what you buy but are recliner sofa and chairs where flat packed and we had to assemble them even though Monica the sales member told us the delivery men would do it but they aren't actually allowed too.

My large coffee table was fully assembled, And came in perfect condition. Very happy with it Andy marm

I was told by the salesman it was assembled but it wasn't.
