They won't last long. The store managers are terrified that the stores will close as people use the internet for OFL products.

Naturally there will be more internet complaints so the company will struggle.

Avoid, unless you have lots of time to waste.

If everyone stops using them they will go out of business. The fact that they can't verify where they obtain the hardwood from is cause for concern. Furniture made in Vietnam so it looks very much like it's from illegal logging in eastern Russia.
Maybe they will read this and inform us accordingly and certify the wood source...

I totally agree with you! After having my item detayed for over six weeks (which I had to call in to find out each time) I've just been told it will be another two, possibly three weeks till its even ready to ship! And no complaints department?! Absolutely appalling!

I don't know but it needs to stop. We've been lied to and ignored. I will take it higher if I have to as they have treated my mum badly.
