Check the order status in your account by going to --View orders --My orders.
Step 1: Log in to your Newchic account: https://www.newchic.com/account/orderlist.html
Step 2: Click "My Order," and you will see your orders and their current status:
Step 3: If the order has "Shipped," you can track it by clicking "Order details."
You can track your order by clicking the "Track Order" button located at the bottom of the homepage.

Step 2: Enter your Email address and the Order number, you will then see the order status.
If the order is shipped out, the delivery time depends on the countries and the shipping methods, beginning from the shipping date. Please check here. https://www.newchic.com/shipping-methods-hc160
