What should i do, if i sent money to the exchanger to get payza, but exchanger stole the money? as i can see neteller does not have dispute process between merchant and customer as paypal have. what is the reason of using neteller then? if i can not just buy something online without being robbed. anyone accepting neteller can had me and stay untouched.
