I got screwed over too. I ordered an oil change for my significant other only to be told that I wasn't getting my money back because another company took over when I asked why I haven't received my voucher yet.
Hard earned money for a good deed and that's the answer I get. Never again... ever...
Good luck with that! It's hard to believe that people are still ordering items from this company. Even with store credit, the customer service and getting your item is nothing less than impossible. Good luck.
