They are very difficult to get in touch with. Good luck. I know that some people contacted the state of Kentucky for assistance in dealing with them.

I'm sorry you got roped into buying from them. They are a very poor company and I believe will be going bankrupt very shortly as their predecessors did. I advise you to contact customer service daily in order to make your point. I hope they refund you, but don't hold your breath. They robbed me of $85 in credits I had that I can't get back. I will never use this company or recommend them to anyone. If you have any credits sitting on your profile you should use them up as soon as possible.
Hi Julie I experience the same frustration I never got through on the phone and they did respond to my e mails. After I complained and posted my comments I got two e mails of concern n apology from the company. They assured me that I would be refunded and given a $10.00 credit. I can't confirm if they did until I receive my visa statement. I still will not recommend this company to anyone
I don't know how they sleep at night knowing that our hard earned money is down the drain.
If you paid by PayPal go through PayPal as ncrowd will not respond good luck
