I ordered two items from you SEVERAL MONTHES ago and have never received them! Tried to get a hold of the customer service site and can't. Have I been charged? How to I rectify this situation?

Au contraire! THey are collecting money and selling items that won't ship because they don't pay their merchants. THey are now operating under Boomstreet and selling as usual. When they get too deep they will change their name again and start over.

As others have suggested here, ask your credit card company for a chargeback as soon as possible (even if it's past the deadline to dispute a charge). Explain to your cc company that nCrowd is now in foreclosure and isn't selling any more goods or services. Therefore, any unused store credit or vouchers are now useless. I wouldn't bother to wait for nCrowd to resume selling deals again. You could also send your cc company the information about the foreclosure (see the link below) to support your claim. Also, your cc company will likely request proof (e.g., emails with the merchants or the names of the merchants you have spoken to on the phone) that the merchants were unwilling to honor the vouchers. I was able to get a chargeback by doing the above. Perhaps you could ask PayPal for assistance if you used it to purchase the nCrowd deal. https://www.linkedin.com/pulse/ncrowd-forecloses-leaves-trail-bad-taste-albert-s-bitton

They are notorious for that. They sell a lot of products that are made in China which take longer to ship and are generally very poor quality. The best you can do is try the help email and hope you get the right rep. You can also try tracking it thorough your order#.

I had the same problem; ordered something and it didn't come for months. Finally, I contacted "Carl", a manager at ncrowd, carl@ncrowd.com & he took immediate charge of the situation -- to my extreme satisfaction. Hope this helps!

Likely bank will not do anything as you have 30 days to report the issue.
Maureen, try sending emails to help@ncrowd.com they might refund your moneys back to account, keep trying buying things till one of the naive vendors send you goods. NCrowd is not paying their Vendors - that is why you not getting your order. Do not give them any more money - just try to get your money worth from them in products you might want... and... do not order anything from NCrowd again.

Unfortunately, you have been ripped off by nCrowd as I and many have been. My recommendation is to contact the credit card company about the fraudulant charge. If you used Discover, they will handle it properly. I cannot speak for MasterCard or Visa card companies.

Call your credit card company and make them know clearly that Ncrowd is a big fraud
Ncrowd is bankrupt they closed many offices
They will not answer your calls or reply to your emails
The best way is calling your credit card company and asking for transaction cancellation

Hi Maureen, if you paid with your visa, call your bank and advise them of the situation. Most cases like this they will reimburse you. If they do and N Crowd does send your items you MUST return to shipper. I went through the same thing. Obvious lesson from this is order nothing from N Crowd.
