How can I stop your company from sending me products I do NOT want? I called your company several months ago and specifically told the rep that I do NOT want any more of the colorless lip color and ordred a different color. I have never received it. I ordered a differnt blush and now I have 2 of them. I cannot wear the mascara due to eye issues and now I have 2 unused, still in the package VERY expensive mascara I cannot use. I do NOT need cosmetics every month or two. I do not wear very often. I do NOT use the concealer or the finishing powder. Currently my stock includes the following new, unused, unopened items that I WILL be returning to you. 2 mascaras, 2 concealer, 3 Vitality lip flush, 1 Ombre Blush, 1 ByeBye Pores. I have tried to call and "customize" my needs and you just continue to send items I do NOT want or need and charge my credit card. The credit card company will be my first call in the morning to dispute payment until refunds can be arranged for those items I have already paid for. Your company has failed to keep it's promise of customizing what you want, when you want it. I HAVE called and still you continue to NOT listen.

Send the company your complaints and requests by email so there is a paper trail. I had to do that with another company who reopened my old CLOSED account a year after the fact and charged large amounts to my credit card.
