Did anybody get a refund back i've had an order & it's shocking wouldn't fit a 7 year old the pictures on the web site look fab i've sent them back the next day and have had to get a ticket number and they keep saying customers should understand they are cheap and my expectations are high! are the having a laugh i sent £55 and had too pay £10.40 too send it back i'm at a loss already please let me know about your refunds thankyou

So you could return anything you want, under the condition it's in original condition. Postal service is a good way to return, and I suppose its not much expensive. After we get the return package, 100% refund will be issued. Our customer service will send the return address to you, please submit a ticket ASAP and we are expecting for an earlier reply. I ordered a few items yesterday but inadvertently, paid twice for the same order. i did cancel one order but my two credit cards have been charged $113.25 each. please refund one of my credit cards.

I have two orders to send back and i submitted tickets and received no reply. call the telephone also.

Answer:

I returned two items the day after I received them on May 10th, and have yet to receive a refund. It's not May 23rd. They make it difficult to speak to them with odd online chat times like midnight and 3:00 am. They will do anything NOT to refund the money. The other review sites says good luck with a refund and if you get it, it will be 20 days or more.

Hi modlily, do you realize how many bad reviews your business have? that is really sad. it looks like you have good styles but if you business is not what you claim to be i will not risk placing an order. sad, sad!!!!

Here is the mail reply I received today concerning my request for a return. "We are sorry for that. How about we apply 15% refund for the trouble to you and you can sell it or send it to someone who can wear, ok? If you return the item, it will take a long time to ship back and it will cost too much, it is not worth, right?
