I ordered a bathing suit almost 2 months ago and still haven't received it. The tracking on it shows it has been in Shanghai Qi Yun since April 21. When I created a ticket they just keep telling me to wait. Well almost 2 months since I ordered and it doesn't take that long to ship. I assume it has been lost in transition somewhere and I don't know who to contact. It is frustrating to say the least.

I've already made a "ticket" several days ago and STILL haven't heard back from anyone. I just want my order, don't even care that it's probably going to be too small
