A seller has 3 days to ship your order out to you. After 3 days, the buyer can cancel the order and have their money refunded. It may take a day or two for the money to show up in your account, depending on the response time of the seller. Here is what happened to me: I purchased an item for 117.00 but after 3 days, the seller still had not shipped the item. I request to cancel the order. The seller agreed to cancel. He was having trouble shipping the item. It was a guitar. Well, a day later, the money was back in my account. No worries at all!

Good for you. I'll report them too. They charge $2 to transfer your money back to your bank account if it's under $10. It's a rip off.

The interface allows you to message a contact you did a transaction with for 2 weeks.

Yes I did it and it's really based on the seller. The worst is wish I ordered two or three things from them and cancel them within 24 hours and they kept telling me that is going to be canceled and then I get every other day for like the first week it's on its way and then they said just to not accepted which was BS because they wouldn't take it back cuz it was like going to China and wish is a very devious set up run by another crazy Russian or Russian type of bad person. When you order from wish the crazy Russian takes his cut and doesn't care and then I can show up like a month later... The prices of fantastic because it's made by slave labor in China.

Contact customer care. It depends on why your account was closed in the first place as to whether they'll reinstate it in the first place. Good luck.

I've never asked for any of my money that l earned from selling stuff on Mercari I spent most of my earnings by buying stuff on said app. I have less than $30 left.
