Oh my... please see my full review that focuses on their delivery and customer service.

There is a website and you get an assigned an agent and a ticket. They needed me to send photos could not find the account by name. Only have an email on file which I find suspicious and are sending product to the wrong address/even after being notified.

It was very easy to reach out and he was friendly. He did what he was supposed to.

Email is terrible. Live chat was easy. Dk about calling.
