Hi Teresa, 1. Our frontal lace wig uses lace frontal and hair bundles to sew into a whole wig. The lace area is ear to ear, not all around. Our full lace wig comes with lace all around. 2. Four our 360 lace wig, customized 4x13 frontal wig, closure lace wig, and U part wig, we offer small cap size 21.5 inch. We write the size option in the FAQ. If you want small cap size, pls check what kind of wig you buy or you can send an email to us to confirm. Or you can leave a message in the order notes, then we will contact you.
