Hi Ora,
If a transaction did not go through, we can't still charge your credit card. The money will go back to your card. Pls don't worry.

That's a really good question. My payment went through however how would they refund me, but every time I reorder it says ABNORMAL. They don't want to fix the problem so I say go somewhere else
