I placed an oder 14 days ago and haven't received it. the name on the order is doris sartain when can i expect my product?

Answer:

There is not a phone number and they never replied to my emails or my request during in the ticket order. However, I contacted them many times regarding the money they charged me but never shipped any items and then one day the order was deleted from their system so I could not make requests in the ticket order either. The only way I was able to resolve this was to file a complaint to paypal, then someone contacted me right away and issued the refund. Thank goodness I used paypal or I feel this company overseas would have never refunded my money or responded back..

I ordered a smart watch, my item was shipped on thursday the 3rd of september 2015 the estimate arrival is 6-8days, just want to know if that's accurate enough?

Hi Conor, If you paid for it to be expedited, i. E. By courier, it usually takes about that time. They do provide a tracking number with which you can track your order once shipped. You have to keep tabs on your order page to certify when it has been shipped (date). After that is done, counting the Days. If you find it has not been shipped after a few days, get in contact with them by opening a ticket to enquire. Remember its not like picking up an item in a shop and then walking out with your paid up goods, it may take a couple of teneis, unless it was marked within 24 hr. A friend recommended me light in the box and to be honest i am terribly disappointed. i've placed an order on june 07, it is now july 03. it's going to be a month. i sent a first email to explain my situation, the replied a got was unhelpful, and really just useless. i sent a second one, this time the person explained that since i took the least expensive way of shipping it was going to take 18-28 days, (not the 10-20 days indicated when i chose this method but anyway). the service is not that good, i felt tricked by this and wouldn't recommend it, honestly. even if i do receive my order, i don't think i'm ever going to buy anything from them ever again. truly disappointed.

I ordered a shirt on february 5th and can't seem to find anything on the order, even when logging into the app everything says no orders,

Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
