on 1/25/20I wanted them to return my glasses as well after waiting for a couple of weeks right before they sent me a shipment email. But when i got the glasses, my frame legs were bent (very obviously) and my frames way too big to fit me. I have to go fix it somewhere in person now, probably with additional cost. They also replaced the case my frames case without asking me. I loved my case and it has so much sentimental value where they just blindly replaced it with a terrible lensabl case. I cannot express how frustrated I am. I think you should ask back your money and seek elsewhere.
