I sent my frames in and they were received the next day. This was weeks ago. I noticed with the online tracker that it had been sitting at the final stage saying 2 business days to shipping for about 4 days. Upon my second email to check in I was first told that it should only be another day or so, then when I emailed again I was told the lenses were rejected and sent back to the lab to be redone and at max it would be 2-3 business days. The morning after I received that email I checked the online tracker and it now says 5-7 business days. This will put me well over a month or so since sending these glasses in. Yes they are "cheaper" then having an optometrist swap lenses out but I can understand taking a couple of weeks but a month? The worst part about this is there is literally nobody to talk to. Just an email where honestly I feel like it could be anybody including a bot responding to me. I'm a little wary now that they have my 700 dollar frames and there's really nothing I can do but wait. I had hoped to use them for several other family members glasses but given the lack of consistent timelines and inconsistencies between email responses and online tracking I won't be going this route again. Really hoping I receive my glasses and they look ok considering how long they've had them for. I will update this review when/if I receive them.
