Hi, i just purchased a toshiba tecra laptop, and i've all of a sudden decided to look at the reviews. after all the bad reviews, i'm now kind of freaking out, but i still have hope if it comes as i wished it to be. am i able to send it back if it is faulty/ not the correct specs? thanks. (how long does shipping take?)

Hi Ben. I don't normally work on the weekend but happened to be online and just replied to your email! And YES you certainly can if so, just advise us within a week of receiving. It's very unlikely, but on that off chance yes we do have you covered. I'm glad you selected one with SSD, it makes an amazing difference to both speed and reliability. If anyone else is reading this, please do yourself a favour and get a laptop with SSD (full SSD, not Cache nor a MSATA chip).

I was thinking to buy a laptop now but the reviews makes me rethinking... what gurantee you give if purchased a product and it didn't work probably

Answer:

We have been in business for 20 years. If you advise faulty on arrival we can refund or replace. People tend to look up reviews when they have an issue and then leave their own (usually prior to resolving with us) so it creates a very distorted view. However, if you have any concerns I recommend paying by credit card to ease your mind as you're covered by your bank.

How do i know the condition of the demonstration laptop. say the wear and tear condition of the touchpad? why is the same model laptop sold at different prices, is that because of differences in condition.?

Answer:

Please send me a message via the Contact Us section of of our website and advise me of the model you're considering. I have condition notes for most of the demonstration laptops. Most of them are very nice. The differing prices are due to various available RAM and HDD/SSD configurations.
