Hi Jennifer. I suspect you are sending this on behalf of Alec who sent an email at 10pm last night. I responded to his email at 10.50am this morning and we are resolving together. Please note that while I often respond immediately I can't always. I always do respond within 24 hours (excluding weekends) and usually much sooner and often out of hours.
Hi Ben. I don't normally work on the weekend but happened to be online and just replied to your email! And YES you certainly can if so, just advise us within a week of receiving. It's very unlikely, but on that off chance yes we do have you covered. I'm glad you selected one with SSD, it makes an amazing difference to both speed and reliability. If anyone else is reading this, please do yourself a favour and get a laptop with SSD (full SSD, not Cache nor a MSATA chip).
We have been in business for 20 years. If you advise faulty on arrival we can refund or replace. People tend to look up reviews when they have an issue and then leave their own (usually prior to resolving with us) so it creates a very distorted view. However, if you have any concerns I recommend paying by credit card to ease your mind as you're covered by your bank.
