Hi, I just purchased a toshiba tecra laptop, and I've all of a sudden decided to look at the reviews. After all the bad reviews, I'm now kind of freaking out, but I still have hope if it comes as i wished it to be. Am I able to send it back IF it is faulty/ not the correct specs?

Hi Ben. I don't normally work on the weekend but happened to be online and just replied to your email! And YES you certainly can if so, just advise us within a week of receiving. It's very unlikely, but on that off chance yes we do have you covered. I'm glad you selected one with SSD, it makes an amazing difference to both speed and reliability. If anyone else is reading this, please do yourself a favour and get a laptop with SSD (full SSD, not Cache nor a MSATA chip).
