I have not had a response to my emails re: laptop cord. Is there an alternate contact method? Are the staff receiving my emails?

Hi Jennifer. I suspect you are sending this on behalf of Alec who sent an email at 10pm last night. I responded to his email at 10.50am this morning and we are resolving together. Please note that while I often respond immediately I can't always. I always do respond within 24 hours (excluding weekends) and usually much sooner and often out of hours.
