Why is large item shipping so expensive? $175 in shipping for a rug? that's outrageous.

Answer:

Currently, if you make a purchase and pay the $9.95 shipping and handling, you get free shipping for the next 30 days. Not sure if that app! Iues to large items.

Can you return anything purchased?

Answer:

Yes, If you return the item and keep the refund in your account for a future buy, your return is free. If you want cash, you pay return shipping. Unfortunately they just changed their shipping charges policy. You must buy $49 worth to get free shipping to you.

I wish they did. There were many items I received not worth the cost of postage.

If shipping to canada, will i be charged duty? also, i have read reviews that say i won't know the total that will be charged to my credit card until after i submit my credit card... which is then too late to pull out if shipping is not reasonable. i'd love to order from the site... but just want answers to these questions first please. thanks

You will be able to review the total amount of your order before you finalize it. If the amount is not what you expected, you can cancel it.

I am looking at purchasing the nala wine cabinet. it says free shipping as well as free 2-day delivery. can you confirm that i will not be charged any shipping or delivery fees if i order this item. i live in indianapolis, indiana.

You will get Free shipping to your home delivered to your door or driveway. If you want the item delivered to the inside of your home and set up, you will have to pay an additional amount, you can contact them at the customer service line to find out how much it is. Hope this helps.

Linda, They don't have Catalogs, most of there items are limited quantities at Discount prices and they don't last very long. Its worth checking back with them everyday to see whats new. Hope I helped you Linda. Kind Regards.

I have heard that even if an order has gone through successfully and is in pending condition that they can say that the item is out of stock or unavailable! they can tell you this days later when you have ordered several other items online that all depend on that item! i can't afford for this to happen. i had difficulty ordering my rug. it kept disappearing but it was in my cart on my phone. i finally got the order to go through with paypal and it looks good but i am holding my breath wondering if the item was ever in stock. should i worry?

Hi Patti, I can tell you that I wanted one of their Chaises, it was on sale and was out of stock. So I asked to be notified when they were back in stock & I received the notice about 5 days later! I was impressed, needless to say as I wondered 'if' there really was an on sale chaise. However Patti I found one ON SALE thay I liked even better! When I received it (packaging was amazing) not a mark on the beautiful fabric & I mean beautiful! I am so happy I made this purchase and many others over the last 2 months... shhh but I spent approximately $4,000. Enjoy your shopping and possible purchases!
