If shipping to Canada, will I be charged duty? Also, I have read reviews that say I won't know the total that will be charged to my credit card until after I submit my credit card... which is then too late to pull out if shipping is not reasonable. I'd love to order from the site... but just want answers to these questions first please. Thanks
